By using RIFT Gaming Lounge services, you agree to these terms.
Account & Eligibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
- Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts.
Bookings & Payments
- Bookings are paid in full at the time of booking.
- No-show policy: failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the booked time forfeits the payment.
- All sales are final. No refunds.
Conduct & Liability
- Users must follow house rules while on premises.
- RIFT reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for violation of rules.
- RIFT is not responsible for personal belongings left on premises.
