RULES & POLICIES
Please respect these rules to ensure everyone has a great experience.
House Rules
- Treat all equipment with care — intentional damage results in repair charges.
- Only food and drinks purchased from our menu are allowed at stations.
- Use headphones and keep voice chat at a reasonable volume.
- Report any hardware issues to staff immediately.
- Personal belongings: use the provided lockers. Rift is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Follow staff instructions at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in removal.
Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings can be made 1–8 hours in advance.
- No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
- When all seats are occupied, join the queue and you'll be notified when a seat opens.
- You have 15 minutes to confirm once notified, or your spot is released.
- Tournament entries have their own rules — check each event for details.
Refund Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any bookings.
